Jagdgeschwader–> Luftwaffe unit equivalent to a Fighter Wing. Perhaps the most famous is Jagdgeschwader 52, which contained the top scoring Ace of WWII Erich Hartmann.
Horrido!–> A cry signaling the start of the hunt, similar to “Tally-ho” in English. It was used specifically by Luftwaffe fighter pilots to indicate a successful kill, a sighted enemy plane, or, interestingly, a way to avoid saying “Heil Hitler” on radio signoffs.
