The King of Heldenturm appears! Everyone gets a hug except Hans. The throne room is modeled after various examples of throne rooms from Mad King Ludwig’s Bavarian castles (he’s the fairy tale castle guy), and the gargoyle is taken from a statue I saw in a park in Vienna (I forgot to note which one, sorry!).

I would just like to say that I have been absolutely enjoying this comic. I’m a history nerd myself, and I know enough to know how little I know. So things like “Airman’s chocolate” were fun things to learn that I hadn’t known previously. So this comic scratches all kinds of entertainment itches for me.
